Are all Nannies qualified?
Yes! All of our nannies are qualified to a Level 3 minimum, hold a valid first aid certificate (including CPR) and are enhanced DBS Checked.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured by Tradewise Insurance Services Ltd. A copy of our insurance can be provided upon request.
Can we meet you before the big day?
Yes! A prior meeting is always arranged either at your home, the venue or even at a local coffee shop. This provides a great opportunity to discuss the plan for your day, share information about the children (i.e. likes, dislikes, allergies etc) and also a chance for us to answer any questions you may have.
Do you visit the venue?
Yes! A prior risk assessment will always be completed in relation to the areas the children will have access to in the venue. We will liaise with your wedding coordinator to ensure the needs and requirements of both you and the venue are met.
Will we know which nannies will be attending prior to the day?
Yes! You are guaranteed that the Head Nanny allocated for your special day will attend your prior meeting. During the initial consultation, where relevant, information regarding additional nannies will be discussed.
Can you provide overnight care?
This may be possible. Please get in contact to discuss your requirements in more detail.
My child has additional needs!
No problem! All of our expert nannies have a range of special needs experience and have attended various courses covering Autism, ADHD and speech and language to name but a few. Please get in contact to discuss your child's individual needs and we can work together to ensure they are properly catered for on your special day.
Do you cover outside of Kent?
This may be possible. However travel expenses and a minimum requirement of hours will need to be met.
Do you only cater for weddings?
No! We can help at corporate events, expo's, birthday parties, hotel babysitting and much more.
What will it cost?
All bookings are individually quoted depending on your requirements. Prices are dependent on how many nannies are required.
Do you require a deposit?
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is then due one week prior to the day of your wedding / event.
